Project Description
The Lerato Community Initiative website was developed as a central digital platform for a UK-based non-profit organisation focused on youth development, community empowerment, and social impact. The project aimed to clearly communicate the organisation’s mission, highlight its programmes and areas of impact, and provide accessible pathways for volunteers, partners, and stakeholders to engage with its work.
Our Approach
The approach combined stakeholder discovery, user-centred design, and responsive development. The site structure was intentionally designed to prioritise clarity and ease of navigation, with content organised around key organisational pillars such as programmes, impact, and involvement. Messaging was refined to be inclusive, concise, and mission-driven, while a mobile-first, responsive build ensured accessibility across devices and effective engagement for community-based audiences.
The Results
The final website delivers a clear and credible digital presence that strengthens the organisation’s identity and improves user engagement. Visitors can quickly understand the initiative’s purpose, explore its programmes, and take action through defined engagement pathways. The platform now serves as a scalable foundation to support future growth, partnerships, and expanded community outreach.
